Jika sebelumnya Steve Aoki membantu Linkin Park, maka kini tibalah waktu untuk sebaliknya. Aoki mengajak LP untuk mengerjakan single ‘Darker Than Blood’ yang merupakan bagian dari album “Neon Future II”. Meski berbasis progressive house, menarik bagaimana Aoki tetap menjaga LP agar tetap berada di koridor rock dalam single ini. Dua elemen genre yang berbeda, yang untungnya saling mendukung ketimbang saling berlawanan. Single dirilis pada tanggal 14 April.
